Tracey Emin was born on 3rd of July in 1963 is an English contemporary artist known for her autobiographical and confessional artwork. Emin produces work in a variety of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, film, photography, neon text and sewn appliqué. Tracey Emin has been noted for her provocative and sexually explicit work for decades.  I think that Tracey Emin definitely produces controversial artwork however, I like how her work is really honest and how her sketches have a very organic form and often don't have colour added to them and she uses lettering to convey the narrative of her piece.
